A documentary and tribute to Noel McGuinness a musician from Sallynoggin County Dublin who sadly passed away in July 2010. Every bank holiday Monday each August since 2011 Paul McGuinness & Arthur Whelan arrange a music packed day known as “Noeliefest” in The Noggin Inn Sallynoggin, 20 plus bands/musicians play and any money raised is donated to local charities, all for a good cause and a great event .It also keeps a tradition Noel had of giving the young up and coming musicians a chance of playing to a packed crowd and with full pa system. This documentary was made for the family and friends of Noel McGuinness and was not made for TV.
